(Vatva, Naroda, Odhav, Changodar, Sanand, etc.)

🎯 Job Purpose

To generate new B2B customers and build long-term business relationships by physically visiting factories in Ahmedabad GIDC and promoting Elham MultiPlast LLP’s plastic packaging products.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Field Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Visit factories in assigned GIDC clusters on a daily basis

• Pitch company products to potential customers

• Identify and meet purchase managers, owners, and plant heads

• Understand and collect customer requirements such as size, weight, quantity, and application

🔹 Sampling & Product Demonstration

• Carry and present physical product samples

• Explain product features, applications, and material options

• Coordinate sample dispatch when required

🔹 Follow-ups & Conversion

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers

• Coordinate with the internal team for:

  • Quotations

  • Sample approvals

  • Order confirmations

• Support payment coordination and dispatch follow-ups as per company policy

🔹 Reporting & Market Feedback

• Maintain daily visit and inquiry reports

• Share market feedback related to:

  • Customer requirements

  • Competitor activity

  • Pricing trends

• Update management on weekly progress

🎓 Candidate Profile

✅ Required

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales

• Experience in plastic, packaging, chemicals, FMCG, pharma, or industrial products preferred

• Comfortable with factory visits and field sales activities

• Good communication skills

  • Gujarati & Hindi: Mandatory

  • English: Basic working knowledge

🚗 Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler mandatory

• Willingness to travel daily within Ahmedabad GIDC areas

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and email

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

• Incentives: Performance-based

• TA: As per company policy
