We are looking for a Field sales executive to join our team Belofte Foundation. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 10,000/- to 25,000/- and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR collaborations and funding support.
• Research and maintain a database of prospective donors, sponsors, and CSR heads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and partnership decks.
• Coordinate with NGOs, corporates, and institutions for joint programs and events.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and awareness initiatives.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets related to outreach and funding goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for report preparation, project documentation, and event execution.
• Represent the organization in meetings, social events, and CSR networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+2, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).
• Passion for social impact, CSR, and community development.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in fundraising, NGO partnerships, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
