The Field Officer will be responsible for handling end-to-end Household Goods (HHG) relocation operations at the ground level, ensuring smooth execution, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
Supervise and coordinate HHG packing, loading, unloading, and delivery operations at client sites
Conduct pre-move surveys and assess packing, manpower, and vehicle requirements
Ensure proper use of packing materials and adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with drivers, packers, warehouse staff, and branch operations teams
Act as the point of contact for customers during execution and resolve on-site issues
Ensure timely reporting of daily operations, damages, shortages, or delays
Verify documentation including LRs, inventory lists, delivery acknowledgements, and job completion reports
Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency of the moving crew
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer service guidelines
