Generate new business by identifying contractors, electricians, builders, dealers, and retail customers.
Promote and sell electrical wires, cables, LED lighting, switches, MCCBs, and other electrical products.
Visit customers regularly to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Follow up on enquiries, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
