Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹10,000/month (Fixed) + ₹50/day (Daily Allowance) + ₹50 per successful enrollment (Incentive)

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to spearhead our ground-level growth in Varanasi. In this role, you will be the face of Servly, responsible for driving customer acquisition, expanding our service professional network, and increasing brand visibility across residential societies and local markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Conversion

• Conduct direct outreach across residential societies, apartments, independent houses, and local markets to promote Servly’s services.

• Assist prospective customers through on-spot app download, registration, and first service booking.

• Understand customer needs to recommend relevant home services and address user queries or objections effectively.

• Follow up on active leads to ensure consistent conversion into confirmed bookings.

2. Service Partner Onboarding

• Identify, approach, and onboard local service professionals (house helps, maids, cleaners, technicians).

• Educate service partners on how to use the Servly partner application, manage booking requests, and fulfill customer requirements.

• Collect and verify essential KYC details, identity documents, and operational profile information.

3. Field Marketing & Brand Visibility

• Execute on-ground promotional campaigns, canopy setups, and pamphlet/flyer distribution in high-density residential clusters.

• Build strong rapport with apartment RWA members, local store owners, and community key contacts.

• Represent the Servly brand professionally to drive local awareness and recall.

4. Targets & Performance Tracking

• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets for customer sign-ups, service bookings, and partner onboardings.

• Maintain a disciplined daily route plan and report field activity and lead pipelines regularly.

5. Customer Experience & Feedback

• Gather primary feedback from onboarded users and service partners to ensure high satisfaction.

• Escalate user grievances, feature suggestions, or field operational bottlenecks to the central team to drive retention and repeat orders.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10+2 (12th Pass); Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a plus.

• Experience: Prior experience in field sales, B2C promotion, or hyperlocal operations preferred; energetic freshers with strong sales acumen are welcome.

• Communication Skills: Clear spoken communication in Hindi; knowledge of the local Varanasi dialect and geography is an advantage.

• Tech-Savvy: Must own a functional Android smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications, Google Maps, and digital forms.

• Mobility & Mindset: High willingness for daily local travel, a self-starter attitude, resilience, and a customer-first approach.
