Responsibilities:
Maintaining the data entry and preparing official letters to the Police Department, giving full support to Relationship Manager (Police) if required.
Maintaining daily duty tracker and mailing activities.
Maintaining all data of customers and sending all details to the concerned TL if required.
Sending welcome letters to registered customers and training videos through WhatsApp.
Conducting training calls and entry calls to customers.
Resolving customer issues with the help of the concerned TL.
Do not share any confidential information with any unauthorized person.
Do not take any undue advantage of any person from the Police Department.
Provide on-time customer support.
Follow all instructions given by senior officials on a timely basis.

+2 / 10th

Basic knowledge of IT
Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Good presentation skills
Requirement:
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license and smartphone.
Salary:
(Approx. Rs.18000/- to Rs.25000/- monthly) depending upon experience and skills.
