We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales through field visits, building strong customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving monthly sales targets. Ensuring customer satisfaction with regular follow-ups and expanding market presence.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and pitching company products

• Understand the customer needs and recommend a suitable product

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales

• Work towards achieving the sales targets set

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

• Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities

• Maintain records of sales activities and report the updates to the management

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Thorough understanding of negotiation and persuasion techniques

• Proven sales and target achievement mindset

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Willingness to travel and explore the market
