We are expanding rapidly and looking for Field Sales Executives who are ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about making a difference in India’s renewable energy sector.
· Identify and approach potential customers for rooftop solar solutions.
· Explain product features, benefits, and government subsidy schemes.
· Generate and follow up on sales leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
· Conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
· Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth handover of solar installations.
· Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (preferred, not mandatory).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organization and time management skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer tools / CRM software (training will be given).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Freshers are welcome – we provide full training!
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not compulsory).
· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
