Visit prospective and existing customers in assigned areas
Identify sales opportunities and generate new leads
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Two-wheeler with valid license (if applicable)
Experience in field sales or B2C/B2B sales
Knowledge of local market and customer behavior
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
