Role Summary The Front-Line Sales Executive (FLSE) will be responsible for driving consumer durable finance (CDF) sales at assigned retail partner stores. The role involves activation of stores, building relationship with retailers and promoters. Farming the active stores, increasing the financing share at the stores. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Acquisition Drive financing sales for consumer durables such as mobile phones, electronics, appliances, and other eligible products at partner stores. Approach walk-in customers and proactively pitch financing options. Explain loan features including EMI options, tenure, interest, down payment, and offers in a clear and compliant manner. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets. Store & Partner Management Build strong relationships with store staff, promoters, and store owners to maximize referrals. Ensure availability and visibility of finance branding, standees, and product collaterals at the store. Act as the single point of contact for finance-related queries at the store. Eligibility Criteria Education Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
