फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular market visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities.

• Identify and approach potential customers, builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and other relevant clients.

• Promote and sell Civilis Mart's building materials and products.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and local market research.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the BDM and sales team to achieve overall business targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Submit daily/weekly sales and field visit reports to the reporting manager.

Qualification

· Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field. Candidates with experience in building materials, construction, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, cement, steel, electrical, or related industries will be preferred.

Experience

· 1 Years of experience in Building Materials / Construction / Retail Industry or related industries will be preferred.
