Key Responsibilities
Manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, painters, and other channel partners regularly.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
Promote Berger Paints products and communicate product benefits effectively.
Ensure product availability and visibility at dealer/retailer outlets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Identify new markets and potential customers within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities where required.
Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the management.
Ensure proper execution of company schemes, promotions, and sales initiatives.
