Field Sales / Painter & Contractor Engagement Executive

Job Responsibilities
Visit and meet painters and contractors regularly in the assigned territory.
Onboard new painters and contractors and build strong relationships with them.
Communicate and explain contractor schemes, offers and incentives.
Drive scan volume and ensure regular participation in the scheme.
Encourage painters and contractors to participate actively in company programs.
Drive new product awareness and usage among painters and contractors.
Identify new painters/contractors and expand the network in the assigned area.
Maintain regular market visits and provide updates on competitor activities and market trends.
Achieve assigned targets for onboarding, scans, scheme participation and product usage.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate / 12th pass with relevant field-sales experience.
Experience in paints, building materials, FMCG, construction or related industries will be preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field work and daily market visits.
Should have the ability to interact confidently with painters and contractors.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Knowledge of the local market and language will be an added advantage.
