Job Title: Field Sales Executive — Paytm

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand) + Growth Opportunities

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team at Paytm. In this role, you will identify new prospects, follow up on leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth by maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through cold calling, door-to-door visits, presentations, and other proven methods.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Identify prospects and develop innovative sales strategies to boost sales performance.

• Maintain and expand the client database effectively.

• Report daily/weekly performance metrics and market feedback to the management team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass can apply

• Experience: 0 – 6+ years in field sales or related roles

• Familiarity with different sales techniques (cold calling, door-to-door, etc.)

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use technology effectively (apps, CRM, reporting tools)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work in the field
