Position: Field Sales Executive (MSME Loan)

Location: Ahmedabad

Industry: Financial Services (MSME Loans & Govt. Subsidy)

Role Objective:

Responsible for generating MSME loan business through field sales, client visits, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:

- Field visit in industrial areas and markets to generate leads

- Identify MSME clients and understand loan requirements

- Collect client documents and basic verification

- Coordinate with internal processing team

- Follow-up with banks/NBFCs for case movement

- Maintain daily reporting and follow-up system

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and convincing skills

- Willingness to work in field

- Basic knowledge of finance/loan preferred

- Relationship building ability

- Follow-up discipline

- Target oriented mindset

Experience:

1–3 years in sales/finance/insurance. Fresher with strong communication can apply.
Education:

Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate preferred.
