Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
