Field & Sales Executive

Role Overview
The Field & Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients such as restaurants, cafés, dhabas, cloud kitchens, hotels, PGs, and canteens. The role involves field visits, onboarding customers, order generation, payment follow-ups, and maintaining long-term business relationships while representing Bound Fresh's values of transparency, reliability, and zero-middlemen sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
1. Visit commercial kitchens and food businesses daily for lead generation and client acquisition Pitch Bound Fresh products (fruits, vegetables, dairy, essentials, and sourcing support)
2. Onboard new customers on the Bound Fresh ordering system/app
3. Convert walk-ins and cold leads into active, repeat customers
Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, owners, and purchase managers Ensure regular order flow from assigned accounts Resolve basic client queries related to pricing, availability, and delivery coordination
Field Operations
1. Conduct market visits to understand demand,competitor pricing, and customer needs
3. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth order execution Ensure accurate order details (quantity, delivery time, location) are shared on time Payments & Collections
4. Follow up on outstanding payments as per company policy
5. Ensure timely collections and proper documentation Maintain trust-based but disciplined payment practices
Reporting & Discipline
1. Share daily visit reports, leads, and order status with the reporting manager
2. Maintain accurate customer and sales data
3. Follow company SOPs, pricing discipline, and ethical sales practices
Eligibility & Skills:
1. Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
2. 6months - 1years of field sales experience (FMCG/ Horeca /Food supply preferred)
3. Strong communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
4. Ability to work on the field daily and handle targets
5. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
6. Basic smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, apps, Google Forms/Sheets)
