Job Description:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

• Meet prospective and existing clients/customers to understand their requirements and present suitable products/services.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new leads, business opportunities, and market trends.

• Follow up with leads, negotiate with customers, and close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.

• Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
