We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive for Field Sales to grow our B2B customer base by both retaining existing clients and generating new business. This role involves meeting business customers in person to understand their needs, present our products, and close deals. You will be responsible for maintaining strong long-term relationships with current clients while identifying new opportunities, expanding accounts, and helping customers succeed with our solutions.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Find new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  

• Meet clients in person to understand their needs and suggest the right products.
  

• Resolve customer issues quickly, minimize escalations, close support tickets on time, and ensure fast resolution.
  

• Support customers in using the product effectively while building strong, long-term business relationships.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in B2B field sales or business development, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  

• Willingness to travel regularly and work in the field to meet clients and generate new business.
  

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage relationships independently.
  

• Proficient in both Tamil and English.
