Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions including ERP systems, web development services, mobile applications (Android & iOS), and industry-specific software such as business management, café management, and pharma solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, lead generation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
Promote company services including ERP software, websites, and mobile apps
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions
Conduct product presentations and demos for clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and delivery
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of software services (ERP, websites, mobile apps)
Ability to handle clients and close deals
Good presentation and convincing skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT/software sales
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or industry-specific software (Pharma, Retail, Café)
Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
