Assist in collection follow-ups and market feedback.
Technical & Farmer Engagement
Provide basic technical guidance and product recommendations to farmers/customers.
Conduct crop visits, field inspections, and performance follow-ups.
Address customer complaints and escalate technical issues when required.
Build strong relationships with influencers, progressive farmers, veterinarians, and consultants.
Market Intelligence
Collect competitor information regarding pricing, schemes, products, and market activities.
Share market trends, customer feedback, and field observations with management.
Maintain updated records of visits, activities, demonstrations, and sales support initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Maintain discipline in travel planning, attendance, and reporting systems.
