We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our agarbatti (incense sticks) business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, expanding retailer network, and achieving monthly targets through beat-wise market visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit kirana stores, paan shops, general stores, pooja samagri shops, and supermarkets to generate orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Introduce new products, explain margins, and execute schemes.
• Maintain beat plan and visit 40–60 shops daily.
• Ensure visibility of products at retail counters.
• Handle order bookings, follow-ups, and payment collection (if required).
• Expand distribution network in assigned areas.
• Provide daily sales reports to management.
Required Skills
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (agarbatti, dhoop, camphor, tea, snacks, spices preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of retail market and beats.
• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
