Field Sales Executive (Merchant Onboarding)

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Merchant Onboarding: Visit local markets and shops to pitch our services and onboard new merchants.

• Field Presence: Work actively in the field from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Relationship Building: Meet shopkeepers and business owners to build strong, long-term working relationships.

• Daily Reporting: Maintain a simple record of daily visits and successfully onboarded merchants.

• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving simple daily and weekly onboarding goals.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Open to all (10th Pass, 12th Pass, Graduates, or Post-Graduates are all welcome).

• Gender: Open to all genders.

• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; no prior sales skills are needed.

• Mandatory: You must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid driving license for daily field travel.

• Attributes: A positive attitude, a willingness to work outdoors, and basic communication skills.
