We are looking for Field Sales executive to promote our proprietary Ayurvedic medicines and treatment protocols to Ayurvedic practitioners, general physicians, and relevant healthcare professionals in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Ayurvedic products and treatment solutions offered by Padaav to doctors and health practitioners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, pharmacies, wellness centers, and hospitals.
• Organize CMEs, product demonstrations, and training sessions for local practitioners.
• Ensure availability of samples, promotional material, and literature at all key touchpoints.
• Achieve monthly sales and visit targets.
• Collect and relay feedback from the field to the central team.
• Submit daily call reports and maintain doctor call records through digital tools or manual formats.
• Represent the organization ethically and professionally in the field.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Sc./B.Com./BAMS preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of Ayurveda and heath will be an advantage.
