Sales Territory: Delhi & Delhi NCR

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable Based on Experience + Sales Commission

Travel: Regular field visits required across Delhi & NCR

■ About the Role

Herbmagic is looking for a confident Field Sales Executive to promote and sell its personal care products, including shampoo, serum, face mask, hair oil, and face pack.

The candidate will be based in Gurugram and responsible for sales across Delhi and Delhi NCR by visiting retail outlets, cosmetic stores, salons, pharmacies, and local markets.

This role is suitable for someone who is active in field sales, comfortable with market visits, and good at communication, follow-up, and retailer relationship building.

■ Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Retail Visits:

• Visit retail outlets, cosmetic stores, beauty stores, salons, pharmacies, and wellness stores

• Travel across Delhi and Delhi NCR for regular market visits

• Present Herbmagic products professionally to shop owners and retailers

• Explain product benefits, pricing, offers, and sales schemes

• Generate new orders and develop repeat business from retailers

Sales & Target Achievement:

• Identify potential customers and convert them into active buyers

• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the company

• Follow up for repeat orders, payment collection, and order closure

• Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer data

• Share market feedback, customer response, and competitor updates with management

Business Development:

• Explore new markets and retail opportunities for Herbmagic products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

• Support product placement and brand visibility at retail counters

• Contribute to business growth across Delhi and Delhi NCR markets

■ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales preferred

• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, herbal, ayurvedic, wellness, pharmacy, or retail sales will be an advantage

• Must be comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi and Delhi NCR

• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet retailers, generate orders, and follow up professionally

• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred

• Own two-wheeler preferred for daily market visits

• Target-driven, disciplined, sincere, and hardworking candidate required
