Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, and other channels.
Meet potential clients and understand their requirements.
Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
Present and explain property/project details, pricing, and payment plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal sales and documentation teams.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new projects.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good customer-handling skills.
Lead generation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
