We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert business clients. The role involves building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services to drive revenue growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with decision-makers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings
Track market trends and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with corporate clients
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
