About the Role:

Kissan Station Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives for B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate and close sales leads in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interaction

• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients

• Present and promote company products to potential customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales deals

• Maintain accurate records of client meetings and sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to travel locally for client meetings
