About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Merchant Acquisition Executives to join our Payments team. The role involves acquiring new merchants, promoting digital payment solutions, building merchant relationships, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new merchants within the assigned territory.

• Visit shops, retail outlets, and businesses to promote payment solutions.

• Explain the company's payment products and services to merchants.

• Complete merchant onboarding and ensure all required documentation is collected.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market activities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly merchant acquisition targets.

• Follow up with prospective merchants and convert leads into active merchants.

• Provide basic support to merchants regarding payment solutions and coordinate with internal teams when required.

• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of merchant visits, leads, acquisitions, and daily activities.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures.

Eligibility & Qualification

• Qualification: Any Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply.

• Bike: Mandatory – candidate must own/have access to a two-wheeler.

• Valid driving licence is required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.

• Comfortable with daily travel within the assigned territory.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
