Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Handsome Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates for the profile of Field Sales Executive in the automobile/agriculture sales sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers in the field, promoting products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit villages, mandis, and local markets to generate sales leads

Meet prospective customers and explain product features, finance options, and offers

Conduct field demonstrations and customer follow-ups

Build strong relationships with customers and local influencers

Coordinate with finance and dealership teams for smooth delivery process

Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

Fresher & experienced candidates can apply

Good communication and convincing skills

Must be comfortable with field work and traveling

Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
