. Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients on-site, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market outreach.

• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Close sales and achieve assigned weekly/monthly targets.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.

Field Operations

• Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.

• Track competitor activities and market trends; provide feedback to the management.

• Participate in local events, promotions, or exhibitions to generate leads and brand awareness.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager.

• Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts and customer data.

3. Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of sales processes, prospecting, and negotiation.

• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting formats.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

• Ability to handle pressure and challenging customers.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
