Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable)

1. About the Company

Proper Healthcare Center is a corporate healthcare and diagnostic service provider offering annual employee health checkups, pre-employment medical examinations and on-site medical camps to government and private-sector organizations across India.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Visit corporate offices, factories, manufacturing units and industrial areas to generate new business.

• Identify and approach HR Managers, Admin Managers, EHS Managers and Procurement Managers.

• Promote corporate annual health checkup packages and pre-employment medical services.

• Generate leads through daily field visits, references and networking.

• Arrange meetings and presentations with potential corporate clients.

• Share quotations, proposals and company profiles with prospective clients.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business.

• Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.

• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects.

• Maintain daily visit reports, lead details and follow-up records.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

4. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet HR, Admin and senior management professionals.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.

• Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition skills.

• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

5. Daily Performance Expectations

• 8–12 corporate field visits per day.

• 15–20 new business contacts per day.

• 3–5 qualified leads per day.

• Minimum 2–3 client meetings or decision-maker interactions per day.

• Regular follow-ups with existing prospects.

• Daily reporting to the Sales Manager.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new corporate leads generated.

• Number of corporate meetings conducted.

• Number of quotations and proposals submitted.

• Number of new corporate clients acquired.

• Monthly revenue generated.

• Lead-to-client conversion ratio.

• Collection and payment follow-up.

7. Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000.

• Performance-based incentives.

• Travel allowance / conveyance as per company policy.

8. Reporting Structure

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager.
