Job Role: Colour Consultant

We are looking for a Colour Consultant who can help customers choose the right colours and décor for their homes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand customers' requirements for home decoration.

  • Suggest suitable wall colours and colour combinations.

  • Help customers select wallpapers, textures, themes, and décor items.

  • Suggest colours based on furniture, lighting, and room space.

  • Visit customer sites whenever required.

  • Generate new customer leads for colour consultation and décor products.

  • Explain and promote Asian Paints décor products.

  • Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain daily work reports.

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹29,000 per month

  • Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 per month

  • Additional: Performance-based incentives

  • Earning Potential: Up to ₹50,000 per month, including incentives.
