🎨 Job Description – Easy Colour Associate (ECA)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Incentives
Job Role
We are looking for candidates for the Easy Colour Associate (ECA) role. The candidate will help customers with painting services, generate business leads, and ensure smooth completion of painting work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Visit customers' homes and understand their painting requirements.
Take measurements of the house and prepare quotations.
Convert customer enquiries into painting service orders.
Find new customers through field visits, dealer references, and promotional activities.
Identify houses under construction and generate new business leads.
Coordinate with painters and contractors.
Supervise painting work and ensure it is completed properly and on time.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Petrol Allowance: Additional
Incentives: Extra incentives based on performance.
