Hiring: Sales Executive – Asian Paints
📍 Location: All over Karnataka
Job Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Asian Paints dealers, hardware stores, and contractors.
Guide customers on paints, textures, wallpapers, and waterproofing solutions.
Visit customer sites and construction projects to take measurements.
Prepare paint estimates and quotations.
Convert customer enquiries into painting service orders.
Coordinate with painting contractors and monitor project quality.
Generate leads through apartments, houses, builders, and architects.
Handle customer complaints and achieve monthly sales targets.
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: ₹23,000 per month
Petrol allowance: ₹3,000–₹4,000 per month
Additional sales incentives
Mandatory Requirements:
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
