Job Role: Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our heat pump products. The candidate must be comfortable with daily field visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to customers, dealers, builders, contractors, and project sites, Architectures, Consultants.

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales

• Promote and explain the company's heat pump products

• Achieve quarterly sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Submit daily visit and sales reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi

• Must own a two-wheeler

• If not owning, the candidate must know how to ride a two-wheeler (valid driving license preferred)

• Willingness to travel daily for client visits

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in field sales (Manufacturing / HVAC / Appliances / Electrical / Related Industry preferred)

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Good presentation and convincing skills
