📌 Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Field Sales Executives for Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have relevant field sales experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable with customer interaction and field-based work.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads through field visits and direct interactions.

• Promote the Bank's products and services to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with the branch/team for customer and application-related processes.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and prospects.
  

👤 Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant field sales experience preferred.

• Candidates from banking/BFSI/financial services or related sales backgrounds are preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable with field-based work and regular customer visits.

• Valid Driving License is mandatory.

• Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
  

💰 Compensation

₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.8 LPA

Final CTC will be determined based on the candidate's profile, experience and the Bank's selection process.
