ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Part-Time Field Sales Executive to promote our academic programs, generate leads, and convert admissions through direct field interactions. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are confident in communication and enjoy on-ground marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct field visits to schools, residential areas, and key locations to promote ARK programs
Distribute pamphlets, explain course offerings, and generate student leads
Build relationships with students and parents to drive admissions
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments
Coordinate with the internal team for admission closures
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Ability to travel locally and work in the field
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Prior sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
