Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the healthcare sector. The incumbent will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals, institutions, and other stakeholders to promote and sell our healthcare products and services, ensuring achievement of sales targets while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Sales & Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients including doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
Product Promotion & Consultative Selling:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating features, clinical benefits, and value propositions.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed individual and territory sales targets through strategic planning, persistent field engagement, and professional sales execution.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and customer retention.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; provide actionable insights and feedback to management to support strategy refinement.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to the Sales Manager, ensuring accurate visibility of pipeline and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and customer support initiatives.
After-Sales Engagement:
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and resolve any issues, strengthening client trust and brand reputation.
