Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: GT Karnal Road, Delhi (Field-Based Role)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Qualification: 12th

Experience: Minimum 3 Months

Employment Type: Full-Time

About APNA SCREEN NETWORK -

APNA SCREEN NETWORK is building India's next-generation offline advertising ecosystem through LED Advertising, Cab Branding, and E-Rickshaw Advertising. We are looking for energetic professionals who are excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to business growth.

What You'll Do -

You will work in one of the following business segments:

1. Merchant Onboarding (LED Advertising)

• Visit shops, restaurants, cafés, clinics, salons, gyms, offices, and residential communities.

• Explain the company's advertising solutions.

• Onboard merchants onto the platform.

• Collect KYC documents.

• Update CRM after every customer interaction.

• Submit daily activity reports.

OR

2. Mobility Partner Onboarding (Cab Branding & E-Rickshaw Advertising)

• Meet cab drivers, fleet owners, taxi operators, and e-rickshaw drivers.

• Explain the business model.

• Complete partner onboarding and KYC documentation.

• Maintain CRM updates and daily reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

• Interested in business development and long-term career growth.

• Willing to work in a startup environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Travel reimbursement: Bike: ₹2 per km / Scooty: ₹3 per km

• 2-day mandatory onboarding training after selection.
