The role involves acquiring new customers, assisting them in opening Zero Balance Digital Savings Accounts, completing KYC formalities, and promoting digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Open Kotak 811 Digital Savings Accounts.

• Guide customers through Digital KYC and Account Opening.

• Generate new customer leads through field marketing and referrals.

• Promote Digital Banking products and services.

• Ensure customer documentation and compliance.

• Achieve daily and monthly account opening targets.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate records and report daily activities.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate
