Job Description – BharatPe

Client: BharatPe

Position 1: Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Education Required: 12th Pass

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Summary: Responsible for onboarding merchants and selling BharatPe EDC machines, achieving sales targets, and revisiting existing merchants for support and business growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Merchant onboarding
• EDC machine sales
• Daily market visits
• Follow-up and revisit activities
• Achieving monthly sales targets

Position 2: Team Leader (TL)

Education & Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Fintech company. Only experienced Fintech candidates will be considered for the TL role.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Eligibility: Candidate should have an existing team or the ability to build and manage a sales team.

TL Responsibilities: • Manage and guide FSE team
• Monitor team performance
• Support target achievement
• Conduct field visits and coaching
