Job Responsibilities :
•Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential DSAs and Channel Partners from the open market within your
assigned territory.
•Relationship Management: Build and strengthen robust relationships with new and existing partners to
consistently drive monthly sales targets and key business metrics.
•Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to your channel partners, ensuring quick file movement and leveraging Ambak's tech platform.
•Target Achievement: Responsible for driving and achieving aggressive monthly sales targets and respective business
metrics in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Mandatory Job Requirements :
•Experience: Prior experience in NBFC, BFSI, or DSA is required, preferably with direct experience in mortgages
(Home Loan and LAP).
•Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills, including rapport building, negotiation, and a strong go-getter attitude.
•Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Local Network: Strong local industry network and fluency in the regional language will be an additional benefit.
•Logistics: Own conveyance is highly preferred for field execution.
•Qualification: Minimum graduate from any stream.
