Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and expand the company’s market presence. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, client handling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, dealers, distributors, and other channels.

• Visit potential and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.

• Promote and sell company products, including HVAC, ventilation, electrical, and appliance products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and business partners.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, payments, and pending orders.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and provide information about competitors and market trends.

• Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the technical, service, dispatch, and accounts teams whenever required.

• Ensure proper customer follow-up and after-sales coordination.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in HVAC, electrical, appliances, construction, or related industries.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and reporting.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
