Job Title: Prefab Field Sales Executive

Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell prefabricated structures such as portable cabins, site offices, kiosks, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field

• Visit construction sites, industrial areas, and potential clients regularly

• Promote prefab products such as portable cabins, site offices, kiosks, etc.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors

• Prepare and present product proposals and quotations

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in prefab, construction, or building materials)

• Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler

• Valid driving license is compulsory

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic technical understanding of prefab/construction products

• Customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
