Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Sintex Water Tanks

Location: Irumbuliyur, Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Sintex Water Tanks in Tambaram and the surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through regular market visits. Similar water tank and building material sales roles typically focus on dealer development, market expansion, customer relationship management, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, plumbers, builders, and contractors regularly.

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

• Promote Sintex Water Tanks and explain product features and benefits.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand sales in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Degree / Diploma.

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales.

• Experience in water tanks, pipes, sanitaryware, building materials, cement, paint, or related industries preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Familiarity with Tambaram and surrounding markets.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
