About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our UPVC Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, and promoting UPVC doors & windows solutions in and around Attibele, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to customers, builders, dealers, architects and showrooms in Attibele & nearby areas.
Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
Present and demonstrate UPVC products effectively to customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
Provide accurate sales reports and market feedback to the sales manager.
Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (preferred in building materials / UPVC / windows & doors / related products).
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (required for daily field travel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good local knowledge of Attibele and the surrounding areas.
Ability to work independently and report regularly.
Must be an immediate joiner.
Location Preference
Candidates must reside near Attibele, Bangalore, or nearby villages/localities for quick daily travel & field coverage.
