🚀 Hiring: Field Sales Executive (Hardware Sales)

📍 Location: Wave City, Ghaziabad (Industrial Area Visits Required)
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Field Sales Mandatory)
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives (₹500 – ₹2,000 per sale)

🔹 Job Overview:

We are looking for a target-driven Field Sales Executive to handle hardware unit sales and generate business opportunities across industrial areas. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate 100+ leads per week through field visits and cold outreach

• Convert 25+ leads into qualified prospects

• Achieve 5–8 sales closures per week

• Visit industrial areas and business hubs for client acquisition

• Promote and sell hardware units along with HR/Payroll software solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain ERP/HRMS solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Track and report daily sales activities and performance

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

🔹 Skills Required:

• Strong field sales & negotiation skills

• Experience in ERP / HRMS / Software sales (Preferred)

• Good communication & presentation skills

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

• Familiarity with industrial markets is an advantage

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience

• Experience in industrial area sales preferred

• Basic knowledge of HR Payroll / ERP Software

• Comfortable with field work and travel
