फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

• Conduct field visits to farmers, retailers, and distributors in assigned areas

• Promote and sell agriculture products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or related inputs)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information

• Maintain daily sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager

• Support product demonstrations and farmer meetings when required

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (agriculture sales preferred)

• Basic understanding of agricultural products and local farming practices

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Local candidate from Bulandshahr or nearby areas

• Experience in agri-input sales, fertilizer, seed, or pesticide companies

• Self-motivated with strong field execution skills
