Position: Xstream Fiber Executive (XFE)

Job Type: Full-Time (Field Sales)
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections.
Generate leads through door-to-door visits, society activations, local market campaigns, and references.
Identify potential customers and explain broadband plans, offers, and service benefits.
Complete customer KYC and documentation.
Coordinate with installation teams for timely connection activation.
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in the Airtel app.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Smartphone mandatory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred/mandatory in many locations.
